Your session may be shortened so the next guest is not delayed. More than 20 minutes late counts as a no-show and is charged in full.
Guests under 18 must come with a parent or legal guardian, who stays at the spa for the whole service. No exceptions.
Book your appointment first and bring the card to your visit. Gift cards are redeemed against a booked appointment.
One gift card per guest and visit, unless the management approves otherwise.
For gift cards worth more than $150, we ask for a photo ID.
Expired cards and cards already redeemed cannot be used.
